Client: Aeon

Completed 2010

While at their previous employer David was the team leader and Jamil a key team member in the design of Sienna Green Phase One. This projected consisted of the renovation of 120 units of affordable housing. Aeon, the owner and developer of this project, is the leading developer of permanent, affordable apartment homes for homeless individuals in Minnesota. The team took a run-down, neglected 1960’s era apartment complex and transformed it into modern, desirable and affordable homes. The barren landscape of the complex was replaced by lush green space, rain gardens and community areas.
